The EA account you're using now has never launched Apex with any platform until your recent PlayStation login.
The Xbox account in your screenshot is not linked to your current EA account, as you've found by checking the connections page. It's already linked to a different EA account using the partially obscured email from your screenshot.
If you don't recall or no longer have access to that Outlook email, it'd be best to get in touch with the support team so they can try to help verify and recover that account.
Essentially what you'll want to do here is remove your PlayStation account from the current EA account and re-link to the account in your screenshot, not unlink the Xbox from that one to connect it to your current account.
