linked but invisible

Hi, I’m having a serious account issue that I think many others might also be dealing with.

When I try to launch Apex from Steam, it says my Steam account is already linked to another EA account (email partially shown). However, when I log into my main EA account, it says there are **no connected platforms at all**.

It looks like my Steam was automatically linked to an old or forgotten EA account, and now I’m stuck. EA accounts can only link to one Steam account *for life*, and this seems to be irreversible.

This is extremely confusing, and EA Help isn’t providing a clear way to check or unlink old accounts.  
Many players might be unaware of this until it’s too late.

Please fix the way linked accounts are displayed or allow users to unlink inactive ones via support.
