it must have been, since posting ive read of anticheat patches on the 11th.

Manjaro isnt an overly used distro so im guessing something failed verification and an automated process banned me.

im just discouraged, all EA has been super unresponsive, why do i have to dust off my old reddit account to be heard?

anyone ive read who has had their ticket responded to has gotten the same "we checked and you cheated, goodbye".

absolutely left hanging.

I agree it seems like the automated never talk to a real person appeal process just delays an email draft for 3-5 days of "we were right to ban you".
But maybe there is hope if an actual person is asking for your username.

  i did, yeah. silly i have to use a third party forum to reach a representative.
  i posted my info here too..
  i got a second reply from an EA rep after placing a second ticket and again they told me to go f**k myself BUT went out of there way to explain they are refusing to transparent about it.
  this is absolutely dog crap, im the victim of an error and im being treated like ive done something wrong.
  absolutely p*ssed about the second msg.

    @Vilthran I got this exact same response but in Spanish, confirming once again that this is a generic bot response
    The system is awful, in other languages the terminology isn't even consistent and had to change it to English to understand the issue
