Linux players autobanned please help restore my account!

please @EA_Mako reddit says you are helpful and that you give people reasons for their ban. Please help me I love apex I was banned over a month ago but i will not lose hope

Please Don't give me the response that theirs is nothing you can do i have been having a * year and now i get banned from my favorite game for no reason. please I know their has to be someone you can reference me too to help me it would make my year if you help me.

Afraid in this situation I wouldn't be able to provide any additional insight beyond what you may have heard in an appeal, however we've definitely heard the various reports of this happening to players on Linux and have passed those reports on to be investigated further.

At this time we don't have other information to share, but I would definitely suggest keeping an eye on the main thread here for any other updates we receive, thanks!

Can you pass on my report to be investigated further? If that was what was done for the other people I think my case deserves a better review as well please i have been messaging all kinds of EA staff on twitter reddit email etc. for the past month to no avail. If i was cheating i wouldnt be doing all this for the past month i would just make a new account... please this all makes no sense.

I'm not aware of any additional information we need for that investigation currently, though if that changes we'll be sure to ask people in the previously linked thread as that's the main one people are keeping an eye on.

This wouldn't be something we're able to change on an individual basis at this time, but please do check out the earlier thread and we'll provide any updates we can once we have any info to share.

If you're using Linux, you'll need to keep an eye on the thread mentioned earlier for any updates, as we won't be able to make any changes to your account via the forums.

If you're not part of that situation, you'll need to use these steps to appeal with our Terms of Service team. This is not something we're able to alter for you here, sorry.
