I got banned on 23rd and today (4 march) i got unbanned.
Thanks to all of you guys for making our voice louder.

    Also just received my unban email, and now it shows overturned in my account history!
    Side note: 2 minutes after that one, I got my THIRD automated denial from EA support, stating "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision." The irony of reading that as I sit in-game with my account unbanned, you can't make up satire better than this. What an absolute dumpster fire.
    There must be accountability for the complete and utter operational failure that we've gone through with support. SOPs need to change, quality expectations need to be raised, frontline wages need to be increased so that employees have a reason to care. This is a disaster for company optics, and they know it.
