Linux players getting banned

Also just received my unban email, and now it shows overturned in my account history!

Side note: 2 minutes after that one, I got my THIRD automated denial from EA support, stating "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision." The irony of reading that as I sit in-game with my account unbanned, you can't make up satire better than this. What an absolute dumpster fire.

There must be accountability for the complete and utter operational failure that we've gone through with support. SOPs need to change, quality expectations need to be raised, frontline wages need to be increased so that employees have a reason to care. This is a disaster for company optics, and they know it.

there wont be any accountability whatsoever - ever.
its simply not a selling point.
support and bans are just doing the utter minimum to not have an unplayable dumbsterfire and players leaving in troves. thats it.
the fact that they even unban people is already a gift.
its a private company, its customers have no recourse. anything given is good will, the bare minimum.
but there is noone that could pressure, customers wont as long its not to excessive and widespread. there is no obligation or anyone really interrested
in wahts right for the players.
this is how it goes everwhere ever since. this is why union where formed, as the only means to pressure.

in theory the free market would regulate this and competition that works better would win, in reality it doesnt work like that and our options are euqally a dumbster fire

  Playing on Linux of course.
  I am asking this because i am still banned and i want to know if I am not the only one.
