I know that this is not the answer you are looking for here. However on the forum no one can help with account issues like bans and or suspensions.

Any new information about any unbanned account? I was falsely banned and sill getting letters "We have performed all investigations etc" When they unban me? I was banned 26 of february.
- @IGORS7999 Same here, I am not getting my ban revoked any time soon, I guess, even though I got banned on feb 28th. It would be cool to get it removed before event ends.

F this man, if didn't have our bans removed by now, our accounts are gone for good. RIP all the good skins i had.
