Update: My first ban appeal was denied. Due to what others have said, I don't see a point in filing another.
I was banned 8hrs ago (ban email was Aug 18th, 12:29am CST), playing on Pop!_OS 22.04 and very occasionally playing on my Steam Deck. 4yr old Apex account (and 11yr old EA account), 2k hours in Apex, 750hrs on specifically linux (nearly daily, at least monthly player since March 2022). Linux/Deck-only since at least April. Never cheated in my life.

I had LatencyFlex (the linux version of Nvidia Reflex) properly setup and was using Proton Experimental. No Proton-GE, no mangohud, no vkbasalt, nothing OBS-related. I previously tried Proton-GE to fix shader compilation stutter, but haven't changed from my current setup in months.

When I heard about them falsely banning linux players 4-5 months ago, I was paranoid, but figured the coast was clear after we got that post from the subreddit admin/the reports of unbans here. Guess not...I haven't filed an appeal yet, because you have limited attempts to do so, and like everyone else on here, I'm sure it's going to be a near-immediate response that says "no you cheated because our vague anti-cheat portal says so." Should I even bother? Or do we need to kick up a fuss again to even get noticed?
Hello, I suggest trying to contact them only one time, after three your account is shadow-banned from support, if you get a negative answer, please let us know.
Also, if you can link this post to your first letter it could maybe get someone of the team to actually check everyone case.

My Account was banned too.
I dont understand whats the problem is.
I dont use Cheats or HAcks and i got more then 3200 hours of Apex playing at this moment.
Stop wasting your precious time on a company that doesn't give a flying f about us.
Just refund all your transactions via the CC company/Steam (EA hates it the most when we refund) and move on with your life.
@Tutur85140Sadly, even if the company doesn't care about us, a lot of us do care about our accounts and the game a lot...
Using the same words that I write in a Steam post talking about my situation:
"I can't feel anything that is not love and passion for this game, is the game that got me out of a lot of bad stuff in my life since I'm a person with a diagnostic of a depressive episode, on 2020 with the whole quarantine was really a method of escape, which was probably not healthy, but help myself to take the game seriously."
I will stay fighting for this situation and trying to reach someone that can help us, we just need time, has been 4 days since a lot of you got banned, and 2 of these days are days when people don't work, I've been on this situation for 4 weeks, so be patient until we can solve it, because we are going to.
