@BfrcFirst What did thay say and the way forward. If they are advertising that it is supported in linux they should provide support and fix their mistakes.

@BfrcFirstmy ban appeal got word-for-word the same response as yours.
I expected this, since everyone got that response last time they were falsely banning linux users (some got that response even after they were already unbanned), but it's still disappointing.
I'm not sure if it's even worth filing another appeal, because others have said they stop responding / shadowban after ~3 appeals.
Guess we'll have to wait / make enough noise for someone higher-up at EA/Respawn to step in.I haven't gotten that automated response yet. But how is it logical for them to expect people to spend money on their game service if it is so messy.
I recently started in this game and have bought collection event, that is around 400$'s.
Who will spend money on this game if they take away people's account for using the feature they advertised, Linux support, that is.
There should be some consumer protection law that should protect us.
