hopefully they can utilize those kind of tools to try and prevent this from happening again,i think that it could be a specific package that eac does not like. though i have no clue why eac was only triggered on some systems but not others. it could possibly be how some packages are configured. idk I could just be stating the obvious.
Hi, sorry for not writing this last 2 days, honestly checking this everyday is exhausting but still here, since there is not really new cases I'm not doing much.
Just waiting for getting unbanned since the issue is already being tracked on Trello.
The next time that I comment here, hopefully will be celebrating, see ya yall!

Yeah that would be great. I do hope that they find out what the issue is before I get it back, because it could happen again if it's not fixed. Not very funny to get banned a couple of days after getting unbanned (especially if it's the same problem).
- @real_sjattah Most likely they will not unban anyone before this gets resolved. Would have had some time to play this weekend. Shame that I already bought the season pass, now missing on it and the treasure packs ☹️.

Tested on my Steam Deck. No emails yet and EA's site still shows an active ban, but everyone said that took a while to update last time

It seems that I have also been unbanned. I was able to put in some practice at the firing range again.

- Also unbanned, managed to join firing range. This is a nice timing since I have the weekend off for once! Remains to be seen if the issue is permanently sorted or not. Kudos to Respawn, EA should up their game on customer support.
I have been unbanned as well. I spent around 10 minutes in the firing range. I would like to thank @RacsuChile for taking time out of his day to gather all the cases, and I also want to thank Respawn for acknowledging the issue and investigating it. However, I am still worried to play because we haven't received any confirmation from them regarding the resolution of the underlying cause of all this.
Congrats to everyone getting unbanned, sadly seems like I still banned but hopefully this change on the next hour (Hopefully, because if everyone get unbanned except me after all the work I'm burning my pc)
Also thanks to everyone appreciating the time that I take on this.
Hopefully everyone can enjoy the game like before, and again, this could not be possible without you.

- @RacsuChile Just a quick update, if I don't get unbanned on the next hours, and I'm lonely in the situation, hopefully y'all can help me to comment to the dev in the reddit post, honestly I'm kinda scared to not being unbanned yet, if they forgot about my case I cry lol, will suck after all the effort that I put into this...
Hopefully is not the case, I'm scared by the fact that I send a lot of letters when this started, so maybe that is affecting my account...
- Racsu - @RacsuChile I sent about 4-5 complaints at first. I am hoping they just saw the whole list and they were like "oh crap we forgot him". Who knows. If you make a post about it I will try and help eventhough I am unbanned, it would be unfair if you weren't unbanned after doing all this.
Probably I'm not making a post, 1 ban case will not be helpful at all, and I know that most people wouldn't check it, anyway if the situation still the same (at the moment i still banned)

u have been unbanned, excited to finally start playing again. though I only checked the firing range. @RacsuChile hopefully you can get unbanned. maybe there was more than one issue and they just fixed one of them and are working on the other one.

- Played one ranked match succesfully, so far nothing to report. I'm taking the risk here and playing, I'll report back in case I get banned again.
Y'all that got unbanned can probably play without worries, since we didn't get any new reports about bans recently.
The thing now is to wait for EVERYONE to get unbanned (including myself)
I call on all the people who have been unbanned not to forget those of us who are still in the same situation, at the end of all, we managed to get respawn to notice us working together, so we must all go out together, Greetings.

- @RacsuChile I also seem to have been unbanned. I still have the active ban in my history but I think these update once a day so maybe tomorrow it will be overturned. I don't have an update on my support case either but I wonder if that's because I didn't submit it as a dispute of the ban but rather just a general support email.
Hopefully everyone else gets resolved soon.
