u have been unbanned, excited to finally start playing again. though I only checked the firing range. @RacsuChile hopefully you can get unbanned. maybe there was more than one issue and they just fixed one of them and are working on the other one.

- @RacsuChile I also seem to have been unbanned. I still have the active ban in my history but I think these update once a day so maybe tomorrow it will be overturned. I don't have an update on my support case either but I wonder if that's because I didn't submit it as a dispute of the ban but rather just a general support email.
Hopefully everyone else gets resolved soon. @RacsuChileIt seems that I'm unbanned too

I noticed that I'm not on the still banned usernames list. In your google doc a snapshot of my entry in the thread was added, but not my username.

For some reason I was actually able to enter the firing range now (haven't tried since the day I got the ban). I didn't stay very long, just in case. I'll wait until the status on the ban history page changes.
As long as that trello board remains the same, I'm going to assume that they didn't figure out why it happened, and that means it could happen again. So even if the ban history page changes, I'm on the fence when it comes to whether I should play or not. I'm glad that I never spent any money on my pc account.
- @real_sjattah If you were available to enter and play in the firing range you are 100% unbanned, it just takes some time to show in the ea page, about getting banned again, it can happened but since we are not getting new cases about bans they probably solve it, again, since I still banned even after all the work putting into this, a comment to the Reddit dev that i linked up there is appreciated!

- @Nutmayr Can confirm that at the end of the day I still banned, I opened a new case so I'm probably updating about my situation tomorrow or Monday ☹️
