Linux players getting banned

No change for me either, still banned.

Okay… this is going to be a huge post talking about everything that happened until now but focusing on my main experience with the EA Linux Banwave, since after all, I still banned with some other users, even after a lot of unban cases reported in both EA thread and Reddit post, so I just need to let this out.

First, compared to the other cases, I was banned while playing on Gnu/Linux much earlier, on July 27th to be more specific, so as you can see, I have been banned for a month, which is why I never associated my case to a banwave (but I always think that it was for something related to Linux tho), until there were more reports about the whole situation.

As I saw that I was not alone and there was a possibility to help others while I could also solve my situation, I decided to take the job and start moving things, mainly with the Reddit post explaining the problem, a page to list all the cases and at the end, a document listing the specific users, their cases, and a summary of everything that happened, in order to facilitate and provide information to ea and respawn entertainment workers.

Like I said in my document
"Now, since my idea is that we can all solve this, I’m going to list all the cases as possible on this document, the last time we have some users that didn’t get unbanned, I don’t want anyone to experience the same thing again."

I must also remember that English is not my first language, so explaining all this has been complicated and errors or overly repeated words may be normal.

Now, about the entire still being banned thing…

I am sorry if my last few posts have been unprofessional or if I have lost my composure a bit, since I have been the one who insisted the most on keeping everything as professional as possible.
All this has been too desperate as the game is my main distraction, I miss it and I appreciate Apex Legends like you have no idea, it is hard to feel otherwise after almost 4 years of playing the game.

At the rate this is going I seem to be one of the few that is falling behind, and after all the effort put into documentation, posts, responding and reviewing each case to add daily, asking for news or videos to be made to content creators, it is really mentally exhausting.

I just want to play the game I love, I hope I can do it soon, like all of you.

I'm afraid of being an isolated case again as I was at the beginning, since everyone is unbanned, I can count on the support of some, but it's not the same, and it will be forgotten with time, I'm afraid of losing the account I use and having this thought of having achieved something that led me to nothing, it's quite frustrating to feel this way.

Likewise, I am not the only one who is still banned, but we are quite few who are banned and those who remain I can not ensure that they are legitimate players, I am promoting the idea that if we did everything together we should leave together, ideally, I hope that the community does not abandon me after all.

I can only congratulate everyone who can now enjoy the game, again thank you to those who supported me with the move and to reach out to sites that covered the news, thanks to the content creators who took the time to cover it as well.
