Cross Progression Badges

Was there ever an update or fix to missing content from the cross progression wave? I had more hours on my console than my PC, but my PC was higher under the same EA account so that became the “primary.” I lost cosmetics and badges I paid for or acquired in console battle passes and got stuck with an account that I basically hadn’t touched in years. I stopped playing the game entirely because of this and haven’t since 2023. Did EA ever correct their mistake or are they still just going with the mantra of deal with it?
