Okay there is a chance that he/she is cheating but I'd say it's best to let Respawn decide that for themselves.
Update on my situation got an email while I was on holiday on Friday telling me the sanction against my account has been removed. Wasn't able to confirm at the time as I was away from my PC but can confirm that I'm able to play without getting kicked to the main menu.
While this action is greatly appreciated I still haven't seen any update from Respawn whether this issue has been solved for good or is just a temporary bandage fix. Some transparency into this especially as I've been hit twice because of this, whether positive or negative would be appreciated.
There is official communication from the dev on Reddit and the Trello since the issue got moved to “Resolved”
All of you are not getting banned again for now so don't worry about that, in the other side for the ones that still banned just mean that respawn doesn't care anymore about us.
Ok, so for anyone that want a more complete answer about the whole ban wave situation or if you are still banned, I make this comment
An upvote is appreciated, I really want to move on from this but overthinking is not helping :/

Hey! I would like to know if the users who are still banned used latencyflex? I am just wondering if that is something that is common between all of the still banned users.
@rasmusthekawaiino, @Tutur85140 and I both used LatencyFlex and were unbanned. I know R4csu used LatencyFlex, and he's still banned. But at least in my case, I already had an Nvidia GPU, so I didn't need these commands that R4csu used (or need any dxvk.conf): DXVK_NVAPI_DRIVER_VERSION=49729 DXVK_NVAPI_ALLOW_OTHER_DRIVERS=1 %command%
I didn't use latencyflex, only DX12 launch option and MangoHUD. I'm pretty casual when it came to Apex so didn't really bother tweaking settings.
Hello, I'm still banned and I got another reply from support saying my ban is maintained.
I'm going to try to contact them one last time, and then I'll just uninstall and move on, it's not worth the stress.
I don't use Latencyflex, by the way.
