Linux using here, recently got banned and I got nothing but bot answers from ea support, I have 4000 hours on the game, and I was using proton-ge + latencyflex, but nothing that break the tos
I make a post on steam and on this same page, but anyway, going to leave the text explaining my situation here:
To start, I'm an apex player since the end of s4 and the start of season 5, I join on April 2020, and I can't feel anything that is not love and passion for this game, is the game that got me out of a lot of bad stuff in my life since I'm a person with a diagnostic of a depressive episode, on 2020 with the whole quarantine was really a method of escape, which was probably not healthy, but help myself to take the game seriously.
I have 4000 hours in game, 800 on origin and 3300 on steam (since I started using it on s7 and Linux + proton is the only way to play it on Linux rn most of the hours are there) right now.
There is a lot of money invested by me in the game, I have a lot of heirlooms and skins as it is something I like, it was never a hassle to spend on it despite some abusive practices.
Lately I haven't even played that much, at most I played ranks because it was so easy this season and a bit of mixtape, not to mention that using cheats on Linux is not really possible, I completed the battle pass and recently did the missions to unlock some apex packs with the 4000 points needed per day, however the other day when I wanted to enter the shooting range I find that I am banned, but why?
I proceed to contact EA support expecting some reasonable explanation, I receive nothing but “we have done the necessary investigation, and you are banned blah blah” I proceed to contact them again, explaining even more my situation, guess what I receive. Exactly the same message, a couple more times and the message changes to no more replies, I keep insisting and instead of receiving messages in English or Spanish which are the languages I speak, they send me a message in German, in German when I don't even have my account in that region, they sent 3 messages in German copied and pasted, literally….
What's the point? Apex is part of my life, it's part of a part of me that has been playing it for months, for years, I love the game, I don't love its community as much but anyway I have gained friends along the way, my heart is broken, I lose a part of me, a game that got me out of horrendous moments, and the worst, is that I get answers as if I don't want to prove that I haven't used cheats, I get answers that a machine would give me, not a person that understands my situation.

You don't have to believe, feel free to put your opinion about the situation because I know there are a lot of cases about people cheating that put some words that don't have any sentimental or personal value, anyway, this post is 100% honest from my side
I don't use macros, scrips or any 3rd party programs.
Since on Linux there is no way to even run cheats or third party apps, I mean, Logitech g hub that is used for scrips doesn't even run here lol.

Sure I will if the situation still the same after months, but has been like 3–4 weeks, everything still really recent for me and the game is significant, that account is indispensable for me, if you can't understand that is fine, but at least be decently respectful.
The only really think that I can't think about is "latencyflex" which is a way to use nvidia reflex on linux, apex was tested properly, but the risk could be there, some people on my steam post also mention the mixtape bots thing, but I didn't really abuse that for what I remember
