"Loading and Compiling Shaders" every single time I run the game

Every single time I open the game it has to "load and compile shaders". This takes about 5 minutes and happens every single time I open the game.  In season 9 it just gave me a black loading scree...

After the last update yesterday, i am now getting this issue. It wasn't there before. I have tried all the tips, deleting cache, installing latest drivers etc. I am no repairing the game, in hope tha will work. 

Today the counter didn't even count up, it was already at max, but the numbers behind in the paranthesis were changing. No progress in the game though.

Hate to say it or very happy to say it, but repair fixed my problem for now. hopefully it won't be back.
