Loading and compiling shaders
I always get this whenever i start up the game. It's really annoying because i had the same problem in S9 with a black screen that loads. I thought S10 would fix the problems but now its just another...

@Crumblingbones For me it only compiled once. I would check your driver's control panel and make sure "Shader cache" is on. And if you have NVIDIA specifically, go to "Adjust image settings with preview" and make sure "Use the advanced 3D image settings" is selected and apply. For AMD do something similar, but I can't tell you exactly I don't have an AMD card. It should still do it after you've done that stuff, but only once.
@OoShellshock My shaders cache is on.
@Crumblingbones By default NVIDIA sets the "Adjust image settings with preview" section to "Let the 3D application decide", which makes those "Manage 3D settings" options ineffective.
@OoShellshock What do you suggest me to do now?
@Crumblingbones Check both options as suggested. If nothing works, there's nothing you can really do. Maybe the shaders will save one of the times.
