Hmm, odd that your penalty history is empty. There are steps in this article on how to raise a dispute with our term of service team even if you have an empty penalty history. They can take a look into this for you.

Hey Anoy_Tx,
It looks like there might be a ban on your EA account. You should have gotten an email from our terms of service team if that's the case. Can you see anything in your penalty history?
