Login issues/102122 error code

I have been trying to play Apex again for well over a year and I get the same error every time I download the game to try and play. It doesn't give me an option to sign in to any account, it just gives me an error and says to reset my password. So I do just that and NOTHING changes. Have tried everything I came across to try and fix it. Attached is all I get.
