Please stop saying go to help.ea.com because that site is useless. I have done everything it said and still cannot play apex legends. In fact I have had the same account since 2012 and its just now saying I have an invalid account. I am tempted to boycott all ea products till its fixed.
@Wrevv It’s done the same to me and I’ve had over 1600 hours in that game. Did it ever get fixed?
