Losing connection to EA servers

Hello! I constantly lose connection to EA servers. Happens 2-3 times a night. Internet is working perfectly fine, no issues. This doesn’t happen with any other games. Not starting with quick resume or anything (on Xbox series X but Xbox one version. Though this problem has persisted on both versions). I keep losing RP for games that’s I’m wining and it’s very frustrating. Can you guys release a bug fix? It’s clearly on EAs end as I stated I game a lot and no other game experiences this issue for me? Or at least gif Eem my RP back or something?

    Hey there, @TrollHunter6969 

    We should go through some troubleshooting to see if we can find out why you keep disconnecting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

    Thanks for getting back to me. Apologies for the late response. I was out of the office the last couple of days. Anyway, let's start with the basics. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
