loss of all progress on account except the stats when moving account across ea

So i was trying to begin the process of cross progression from my ps4 to pc but. My ps4 and PC had two different EA accounts for some reason i don't know ( i think it was another issue at the time of making the accounts, i wasn't able to make two on the same EA account) set for the two accounts but i wanted to use the one for pc ( not connected to my ps4).

so i unlinked and relinked my ps4 from one account to the other with it now saying it was linked correctly except "screenshot" is now the state of my ps4 apex. i  understand that there was a warning msg about moving accounts but all games that I've done this type of thing on I've had no problems when doing it ( they also had a similar msg )  

the ps4 (my main account that use to have all my items )  has all the stats and level except it doesn't have my items.( i also cant access that menu )

i also can't access any menus except the club and lobby but i can get into a game ( with out any of my cosmetics).

• the screenshots show what the ps4 apex looks like right now as well as the account being confirmed linked to the EA account i moved it to.

• can i ever get my stuff back? at this point i no longer care about moving to my pc.

• i completely understand i made a huge mistake moving the ps4 across the EA accounts  but clearly the save data is somewhere seeing as my stats are saved.

• i have over 1000hrs on the game and just really want my items back ( a lot i paid for, battle pass and event items that are no longer available)  

i don't know if this is needed but i also have screen shots of 2FA emails to show the times that i was logging into the two accounts on with the emails (i have not linked them to this post as they show a lot of info i don't want public
