Lost all my cosmetics, but kept my stats

I may have linked my steam account to my PS4 account through EA way before the cross progression update trying to get my PS4 cosmetics in my steam account. I've lost all my cosmetics, but kept my stats and purchased items like the Bloodhound and Lifeline edition. If this is the case, is it possible to have my cosmetics restored?

    Hey @overrpowrd,

    Just to clarify, you're saying that you had unlinked your PS4 account from its previous EA Account before Cross Progression was a thing, and only have a few specific cosmetics from it now, right?

    It looks like this particular EA Account was created about the time your PSN account was linked here a couple years back.

    Do keep in mind that unlinking an account will cause a loss of progress, regardless of whether it was done before or after Cross Progression. If you're missing progress, you would need to try re-linking to the original EA Account as aside from specific types of purchases, your progress is stored at the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation or Steam.

    Please take a look at our unlinking article here as it goes into more details of the issues caused by unlinking accounts, especially with regards to Apex content.

    I'm afraid we cannot transfer progress from one EA Account to another, so the only way to try restoring that content would be to re-link your PSN to its original EA Account that was used prior to this one's creation.

    @EA_MakoI think I've linked it to the right EA account, but is it normal that the account (at the moment) is level 1, no stats, no cosmetics? Or does the EA account not have any progress?

    Hey @overrpowrd

    It's definitely not normal to have your game's progress reset, no. The reason we typically see that happen is in the case of an account being unlinked as that does result in lost progress/content.

    It looks like this EA Account was created around the time the PSN was linked back in 2022. If you played Apex prior to that point there would be another EA Account involved as well.

    @EA_Mako I connected my PSN to this EA account, which was made in 2019. But, I still don't have my cosmetics or stats, and I'm forced to do training at the moment. Could it be that it's still taking time for my progress to load in the account?

    @iAeronn

    No, I'm afraid not. If you've just linked your PSN to another EA Account you've lost access to your progress.

    Progress is stored at the EA Account level and cannot be transferred by linking a platform to a different EA Account.

    You would need to re-link your PSN to whichever EA Account it was originally linked with in order to try restoring access to that content, so if you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.

    Please feel free to check through the links below for more details on how Cross Progression and unlinking platforms will affect your account.
