Psn account progress transfer after a suspension

I had started playing apex in 2020 on ps4 and had lots of skins and rare OG stuff that is nice, my point here is that I was suspended/banned due to me owning fees and didn’t know why I was banned till recently this year and I had paid them off, my stuff from PlayStation hadn’t transferred to my EA account and have been playing without all my stuff, so I had to start from scratch and was wondering if it is at all possible for me to receive my PlayStation Apex Legends cosmetics. I hope that my account progress isn’t lost. Please help me I need my skins
