Lost Apex Legends account progress

So, I reinstalled Apex Legends on my Xbox because I found out they have new characters and it’s been a while since I played. I log in and see that my progress is gone. I checked my brothers account  to see if he lost his too but it seems it was just me. I then contacted a EA representative who told my account has been I performed a full uninstall of the game which deleted the account however if this was the case how come my brothers account wasn’t affected only mine?

    If you are unable to access the email address registered to your EA Account it would be best to get in touch with the Account Recovery team. They'll verify the account with you and work on getting that email address updated. 

    To set up a case with them fill out the account recovery webform over at the EA Help website. The team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can. The form asks you to provide an email address where they can reach you, so be sure to enter an address you can currently access.

    Hey apex legends my name is Dylan but my account number is Lit_Lizard1798 on apex and I lost my login email cuz it was an email of my friend that is no longer with us and I wasn't able to get the login for it cuz I was new to the game and I spent alot of time and money into the game that it breaks my heart cuz I played this game ever since I seen it in beta and I loved your guys game so much cuz lifeline was my favorite character I wish there was something u guys could help me with cuz I'd love to be able to have all my old items again if there is anything you guys could do I would love to hear something my email is [edit: email address removed]

    If there is anything u need for proof I have the lifeline heirlooms with my guardian angel skin cuz it was amazing I have the reindeer skin for Octane best Christmas skin btw ❤️

  • What if I forgot? It is because I have one email for all my games. Then I guess I added a single letter or what to my email in registering to Origin. That is why when I tried to access it again, instead of recovering my old account, it created me a new one. 

  • Hello, sir. Right now I encountered some issues regarding to my pc, that is why I decided to format it. However, when I tried to login in Origin, it says that I logged in an account that has an invalid credentials. That is why I decided to forgot password, however, different account has been pulled up. Or I guess it created me a new account? Why is that? Is there other ways for me to recover my account?

    Hey @RDGZ4

    Uninstalling the game wouldn't reset your account. Your inventory in Apex Legends is saved on the server, so even if you uninstall and reinstall the game you should still have all your stuff. 

    Is it possible that you might have been playing on a different account before now? Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox that you use to play games?
