LOST everything due to apex cross progression

I lost my all my progress after y'all did cross progression and i just started was at lvl 20 unlocked rampart after i won a game you hit me with cross progression lost my lvl lost my battlepass progression all that what are y’all gonna do about this 

pleass i need help i have ps5 account and pc linkd, i stop playing on ps5 and move to pc and  after the croos progrisng i dont find any from my herlom and my scins or my bajes ????????

I lost everything new I got from this season as well idk why they merged my account again when it was perfectly fine the first time now I lost all my stuff and battle pass tier 71 I was lvl 141 in green and now I’m at 80 this is some bs

I never unlinked my account, and I lost characters, skins, my battle pass, a bunch of out of pocket purchases. I have been in tears all morning considering I’m a mom of 4 kids,disabled and playing games is all I can do sometimes for fun. I worked hard for the last year to get characters since I was fairly new at apex. I almost want to delete it completely and find another game! Money and time was literally stole from me!

Respawn is working on fixing it. Every single Apex player was affected. I too lost my progress.
