Lost everything on apex due to cross progression
i dont know what to do anymore. I have received the cross progression message, and when my accounts merged it lost EVERYTHING my highest level account was prestige 2 level 300+, i also had 12 heirlooms and every season pass completed. Please tell me there is something that can be done for me to recover everything. My EA account is linked to my playstation account and i still lost everything, im hoping someone is able to help me here i spent 3 years playing this game and it is really sad, and upsetting to see everything just gone. This game was the whole reason i became a content creator.

It looks like despite your PlayStation account being the highest level, you had unlinked that from its original EA account and linked it to your current EA account instead.
This is why you're not seeing any of that content. Progress cannot be transferred or merged across separate EA accounts.
EA account 1: PSN progress, PSN account
EA account 2: PC progress, Xbox progress, PC account, Xbox account
By linking your PSN to the other account, you've turned the above situation into:
EA account 1: PSN progress
EA account 2: PC progress, Xbox progress, PC account, Xbox account, PSN account
Your PC and Xbox accounts are both extremely low level especially in comparison to your PSN account, which is why it appears you've lost everything. In this situation you would want to re-link your account(s) to the original EA account instead, rather than the one you're currently using. That would get you to this scenario:
EA account 1: PSN progress, PSN account, PC account, Xbox account
EA account 2: PC progress, Xbox progress
