Lost everything on apex legends

I was watching the algs (global championship of apex) on twitch when I saw there were drops.

I watched for a hour to claim my drop and I claimed it but I got nothing.

then I realized it went to my old ps4 account where I don’t play on anymore but I still wanted the drop.

so i tried link and unlinking some accounts and I watched again for an hour and it didn’t work.

so i had 1 last idea and that was making a different account and link my steam on there.

but I asked if I could use my sisters email for that and she said yes.

BUT i used her old email to link and I created the account and then i closed google and went on google later and I needed to log in again but then I needed to verify and put in a code so I asked my sister but she didn’t get an email and then I realized I entered the wrong email. 
she tried to log in but nothing worked.

I hope that you can help me retrieve the password so I can unlink my steam because I need to start over now.

I also just spent some money on that account to buy stuff in game.

i have proof of the money I spent on steam and I can proof that the steam account is mine 

I really hope someone can help me
