Lost Items after Cross Progression

I have lost multiple items after my accounts merged. I made a brand new pc account under the same EA account. My Xbox account, that is years old, merged with it. The Xbox account is what had all my items. I have lost several things after cross progression, including everything from the Season 8 battle pass. This is a quote from EA's website, "If you lost anything you can't get back through gameplay, we'll try to add it back to your account in the future." So, who am I supposed to talk to? I have been emailing EA for the past 2 weeks and they have been no help. I have also finally had multiple live chats with EA advisors, and they say they can't do anything. So who can? EA says someone can so who can actually help???

    No, I did not. The accounts successfully merged, but I lost items in the process for whatever reason.

    I should clarify. I answered without fully thinking. I did change EA accounts years ago. But I have been using the same one since then.
