Lost loot box from leveling. Possible Bug?

The same thing has happened to me! I am currently level 25, and I understand that apex packs are now awarded every other level. However, since level 20, I have been "awarded" two apex packs, and when I go to my inventory there is nothing there. In addition, I know that legend tokens are supposed to be awarded at each level up (600 each time). Since I have hit level 20, I have only received a net of 600 legend tokens, whereas I should have received 2400 from the 4 levels. Can this please be looked into? I feel cheated and I don't want to keep leveling up if I know that I won't receive my awards! 

My gamer-tag is Kalamata Olives on Xbox Live. 

Something similar happen to me i got disconect while openning a box and got nothing and no box left it happen 2 times ...

Hi, you get 45 Apex Packs total up to level 100. While these come a bit faster at first, they won't come every level once you get into the 20s.

@Ebirac Hi, are you saying you earned a pack at level 55, but it disappeared before you opened it? When was the pack earned?

I believe that i received at level 55, don't really remember exactly. The point is, i pressed Y to join a match (i play on Xbox one x) and proceeded to open the box. At the beggining of the animation of the robot, found a match and the game started, and at the end there were no box and no loot whatsoever.

@Ebirac Thank you. We've looked into a few of these reports and in each case the content was delivered, but we of course want to ensure everyone gets their content.

Can I check when did this happen? The last pack I see you earning was about 31h hours ago, and I see a pack opening about 23 hours ago. Would this correlate with levelling up to unlock the pack, and when you started the match? 

It happened yesterday, and when i realized, i googled to check if it already happened with someone else and i ended here. But 23, hours, Jesus, already that long? I need a break from the game. I don't know the exact hour, but in any case, it was the last box i opened. I believe i gained 3 or 4 levels but none of them gave me any box.

Yep, I can see multiple instances of the 600 token grants since the pack was granted.

It looks like the pack contents weren't too dramatic, a skin for the EVA-8, a card frame for Pathfinder and Shotgun Kill tracker for Mirage.

Well, since it was a bug and not working as intended, i'll gladly accept an heritage for my Wraith, no big deal.
