q059hqsl7280 Did you unlink your PlayStation Account from your EA Account?
If you did, that would be why, as your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (not your PlayStation Account). If you had never unlinked your PlayStation Account from your EA Account, your accounts may had been compromised.
If you had been hacked, (or believed you were), you would need to resecure your EA Account here: EA Help | What to do if your EA Account has been hacked, and then resecure your PlayStation Account here: PlayStation | Phished (Compromised) Accounts and Unauthorized Charges).
After resecuring both of your accounts, check to make sure you're signed into the correct EA Account, and then relink your PlayStation Account, (be sure to unlink it from the current EA Account you're using to access the forums, if that EA Account is the wrong EA Account).If you cannot sign into the correct EA Account, (such as the email address being changed), you would need to contact EA Support here: EA Help | Official Support.
