Lost Progress

So, I logged into my PS5 account, and I encountered an issue when I logged into Apex on my PS5 account. I lost all of my progress and for some reason I received 10,000 Apex coins. Does anyone know why? I relinked my PSN account but never received my progress back.

Hey @RageWT

You can only reset account game progress like that by unlinking your platform account from your EA profile.

There is a warning that you must accept when making any similar changes, and we also have this risk explained here on our website.
