Lost progress
I recently gotten back into apex after almost a year and it seems when I did the cross progression thing none of it went from my xbox to my pc even though I made sure everything is bind to the right account. I've conctacted the ea customer support but it seems not have not much help so far.

It looks like your Xbox account has been unlinked from this EA Account previously. If you've unlinked an account to try getting all your progress linked together, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.
Unlinking a platform will cause that progress to be lost. While you can sometimes re-link the original accounts to restore access to that progress, that is not always guaranteed.
The only way to try restoring any lost progress would be to re-link the original accounts. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
