lost progression on my playstation account

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was not in the game
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. merging my accounts

What happens when the bug occurs? I linked my playstation account onto my pc account to try and merge the progression, however it did not load and it did not give me any progress from my playstation account, when I unlinked them months later and logged back in on my playstation account none of the old progress loaded back on to the playstation account and I was left with a completely new level 1 account on the playstation and my pc account with none of the progress from the playstation account on it
What should be happening instead? I should have my level 400 playstation account progress on the playstation instead of it just dissapearing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know but I would like my playstation account progress back on the playstation account
