Lost RP because of server issue

I've been kicked from ranked matches twice now and lost 96RP because the server decided to kick me before I even got to select my legend. I'm a hardwired xbox one player and I know my side of the con...

hello...today was a patch...servers was down 2h...and finaly i enter the ranked (Platinum 1 7007RP) immediately game kicks me out off game and a get 10min penalti and -70RP...ok a wait and enter agein and the same thing happened...total- 250RP...

fix this...i wont my RP back

I GOT ONLY 5 DAY OF SPLIT RANKED...

i gave you my money

day 2...it happened agein total 320RP...im goin to Platinum 2 instead of DIMOND...

it will be nice to take responsibility and give as an answer
