Lost RP because of server issue

I've been kicked from ranked matches twice now and lost 96RP because the server decided to kick me before I even got to select my legend. I'm a hardwired xbox one player and I know my side of the con...

I have been banned for 10 minutes because it says i abandoned the game... Well, i didnt even make it to the character selection screen before the game froze and i was booted to main "click to connect" screen and it gave me the error saying couldnt get reservation or something like that. I was queued for a ranked match and i tried to log back in but it did the "attempting to find server" thing and so i swapped server and it connected and i receive the ABANDON PENALTY!!!! WTFFFFF!! i just spent $300 on all the new stuff and have been playing full games and my first ranked matchg i queued for, it crashed and PENALIZES ME!!!!! !! Does this affect my account? i dont leave ranked games. Especially as the first one after a new patch and i spent $300 on the skin packs for the new heirloom.

I just took 2 96 point hits to my diamond 3-2 grind because the game wouldnt connect me. Probably not a big deal for most players but I am not that good so its rough losing that many points ill stop playing for today but you guys should really roll back the servers or do something for these loses and abandon penalties that people are going to be getting because servers are not running well after patch.

Happened AGAIN!!!! another 10 minutes!!!! i crashed to login screen before i could select a champ, it wouldnt let me relog, it would go to the loading screen as if i were logging back into a game. this time i got a picture,
