Will need a bit more information to point you in the right direction.
So I have been playing for a while now and I redownloaded the game and everything I had and all 700 hours I have played was gone and now I’m level 1
Sadly no one here on the forum can help you directly with lost progress. Theres a help page link below, for lost progress, with a "contact us" button at the bottom of the page. Hopefully its the start of a conversation with EA Help that gets you sorted out.
