low fps in apex legends

I'm having a problem with Apex Legends regarding low fps and performance even though I have a computer that meets the minimum and recommended requirements and also the game, as shown in the video, almost all the configuration is at minimum.

I've tried everything, both reinstalling the game and also modifying the installation folder, I've tried doing a clean boot, I've already gone back to some previous video card updates, I've used CCleaner to clean everything possible, I don't have one and I've never overclocked, everything that is possible to do I did and nothing changed, not even an increase in fps or even a decrease in fps.

I'm having this problem with the EA Desktop version, after this season update came to the game, and in the Steam version the game simply enters the lobby and then kicks me out and stays on the server selection screen saying that this profile doesn't have access.
 

I've never been banned or punished to stop me from playing.

I don't know what to do, because as far as I'm concerned there's nothing else I can do to improve something that unfortunately isn't my responsibility, which is a game with poor optimization.
