low fps normal?

I was just wondering if getting between 30-50 fps is normal for the type of PC i have.

Also i don't think this has anything to do with FPS but my monitor is 144hz but as of right now its capped at 120hz because my display port cable broke and i'm using a regular HDMI cable. I hope to get my broken display port replaced by this weekend.

Windows 7

SaberTooth 797 Mark 2

Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

RAM 24.0 GB

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Everything in apex video settings is set to low

16:9 Native & 1920x1080 Native(i have not tried any other resolutions)

Launch settings(steam): +fps_max 0 -dev -cl_forcepreload -high

On Olympus i get around 40-50. On certain areas i can go as high as 65.

but when it comes to worlds edge especially fragment east

i legit stay between 25-40. Highest on that map i get is 50.

I'm not to familiar with the technical side of PCs so if i missed any useful information please let me know!

Thanks in advance

For the ram its 3x 8gb but one of the RAM sticks is a different brand than the other two.

I actually got the other maybe about 2-3 weeks ago.

@glum1f Believe the SaberTooth 797 Mark 2 does not support any
triple channel. I would take the extra bar out and use it again on dual channel.
