low fps normal?

I was just wondering if getting between 30-50 fps is normal for the type of PC i have. Also i don't think this has anything to do with FPS but my monitor is 144hz but as of right now its capped at 1...

ahh okay so i definitely need a upgrade lol

appreciate the reply didn't think i would get one.

For the ram its 3x 8gb but one of the RAM sticks is a different brand than the other two.

I actually got the other maybe about 2-3 weeks ago.

@glum1f Believe the SaberTooth 797 Mark 2 does not support any
triple channel. I would take the extra bar out and use it again on dual channel.
