Low FPS on 1080 eGPU

Hello All,

I have a 1080 eGPU (https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N1080IXEB-8GD#kf) that I am using with either a Dell Precision 7520 or Gigabyte Aero 15x (both are 4x pice lanes).

When in the drop ship I am only getting about 20 fps. In world I am getting around 80 - 100 depending on where I am.

Is there something about this game that doesn't like eGPUs?

Assassin's creed odyssey and a few other games seem to have no issue and can consistently push over 100.

I have tried a clean install of windows and NVidia drivers, setting high performance, and ddu of driver.

Windows Game Bar is disabled and all the associated settings. nvidia hub is also disabled.

Anyone have any ideas?

Oh I also noticed over the last few days, the characters over the banner where only coming in as black boxes and not showing the characters or the backgrounds correctly when entering from the lobby or after a match.

Hey @TheArtiszan

Can you double-check that Apex legends is using your GPU?
This can be done in the NVIDIA control panel.

As for those black banners, you can fix that by turning on anti aliasing.(TSAA)
