LOW FPS RTX 3070

Huge fps drops,I should have 180+ fps and i got 60 fps or close,also no regs.I shouldnt have that drops i got nvidia rtx 3070

RTX 3060 here, same problem fps drops to 60-90 won't even go up to 100
