@Noraaq Yeah it happens sometimes i have 2% packet loss in low ping servers and 0% in high ping servers. I'm not going to play in a high ping server so when i restart the game it's fixed. 0% packet loss in low ping servers.
Probably a bug indicating wrong numbers i really don't know.

@Noraaq There are some additional Apex Legends ports here. Open standard ports for your platform PC/PS4 or XboxOne and Apex Legends ports.
I've heard that firewall may cause packet loss. Mine has 3 stages and it's in the middle. If it has stages you can lower it or disable it and see if packet loss goes to 0%.
I know it's not the best option. I had an old router with only on/off firewall option and i had to disable it. Fortunately it broke and i bought a new one.
- 6 years ago@Noraaq I just opened Apex and it's probably their servers. It might take me 2 or more restarts to have 0% packet loss in Frankfurt server. That's the lowest ping for me.
I hope they fix it.
Sometimes i'm lucky and it opens with 0% first try.
Most times i see 2% packet loss in many servers and there is a chance my server might be 0%.
Sometimes it will be 0% to every server.
It's bugged!!!!
I even disabled firewall but still random 2% packet loss every restart. - 4 years ago
