Unable to submit appeal due to email issue — need help from EA staff

Hello,

My Apex Legends account has been permanently banned, but I cannot submit an appeal. My account is linked to a 163.com email address, which cannot receive EA emails.

I have twitch vods of the game play this season showing that I'm not cheating.

I tried contacting support from another account, but I am unable to create a case or receive confirmation emails.

Because the account is banned, I also cannot change the email.

I would greatly appreciate assistance from EA staff to verify my identity and review my case manually.
