Which platform do you play Apex Legends on? Are you playing on PC or do play on console?

When you have the chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's something else running on your PC that may be causing this it may help get around it.

As I said in the first post, I ran a clean boot, and it made no difference. I followed every step on just about every connectivity article that EA has, and so far nothing has worked.

Just as a quick update, recently got a new router, problem still persists. I successfully port forwarded all the proper ports that Apex Legends uses, and it STILL doesn't work. I'm running out of choices here. Either I rack up my phone bill playing Apex or quit the game because it doesn't want to work for some god forsaken reason. Going to have another chat with EA Support, see if somehow they can help me.
