As I said in the first post, I ran a clean boot, and it made no difference. I followed every step on just about every connectivity article that EA has, and so far nothing has worked.
Just as a quick update, recently got a new router, problem still persists. I successfully port forwarded all the proper ports that Apex Legends uses, and it STILL doesn't work. I'm running out of choices here. Either I rack up my phone bill playing Apex or quit the game because it doesn't want to work for some god forsaken reason. Going to have another chat with EA Support, see if somehow they can help me.

I have a feeling I won’t find a solution at this rate, but if I do I’ll be sure to let you know. All I’ve been able to chalk it up to according to what I’ve found on the internet is that it’s just EA’s servers having trouble, although they might not want to admit it.
