Low Ping when solo queue but with randoms 300ms

40 to 50 ms solo queue no fill teamates, 300ms to 500ms when queueing with randoms. Im using a wired connection 200mbps internet and I play on HK servers. Im from Philippines. Before I havent encountered such issue since season 8. The ping on other games is fine no problems at all, its just here in Apex :/ The ranked mode is nowhere near playable due to this problem.

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the ping issues?

A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into any issues after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

@EA_Kent i tried most of it and nothing really changed :< UOTrace is hard to understand so I tried not to do it because it might cause more instability. I tried using exitlag and the vpn works but I dont want to subscribe to it to only play Apex Legends.

If the issue isn't happening when you use a VPN it could be something happening with your ISP. It might be a good idea to reach out to them and see if they are aware of any issues.
