Massive fps drops - stutter and bad performance since season 4!

For manytimes what are you gonna do with FPS drops and poor performance on PC ? i cannot play the game at all, tried everypossible thing even lowering resolution to 800x600 but nomatter i did nothing...

Since the last update of season 4 my graphics are stuttering just a little bit (mostly from sky view looking over the most detailed parts) and my computer was running Apex fine until recently. It is fairly new aswell.

    well, they didn't fix it, it got worse
