Thanks for all those details. Have you power cycled your modem/router and PC recently? Also, can you run a UO Trace and screenshot the results? Instructions are here.
My pc shuts down every day when I go to bed and my isp modem is restarted every week. I just checked my isp modem as well for any changes or updates but nothing changed or was updated there either.

That looks ok. You appear to not be far from the test server. Where are you located? Also, you mention your modem being restarted every week. Was it restarted after this started happening? Also, do you have a combo modem/router? If not and you have separate devices for each, it would be good to power cycle the router as well.

@EA_AljoAs mentioned before, nothing has changed and it has been stable since basically the launch of your game. This has only been happening since a few days. The cable goes from the isp modem straight to my pc. The restart is a simply on and off.

Instead of just a quick on and off, can you unplug your modem/router for about 2 minutes? Also, shut down your PC at this time. After 2 minutes, plug your modem/router back in and let it come back online. Then, start up your PC. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Today I decided to wait it out and after the whole lag issue occurred I checked with UO trace and it was normal as the previous screenshot. But after about 5 minutes of waiting to connect to the lobby my game finally crashed.

Additionally, some time it starts from the beginning of the match, sometimes only after a few minutes or when half the teams are dead.
