Community ManagerThat looks ok. You appear to not be far from the test server. Where are you located? Also, you mention your modem being restarted every week. Was it restarted after this started happening? Also, do you have a combo modem/router? If not and you have separate devices for each, it would be good to power cycle the router as well.
Today I decided to wait it out and after the whole lag issue occurred I checked with UO trace and it was normal as the previous screenshot. But after about 5 minutes of waiting to connect to the lobby my game finally crashed.
This is the error.
Additionally, some time it starts from the beginning of the match, sometimes only after a few minutes or when half the teams are dead.
